John Gresh
John is the owner of Perfect Fit Custom Shutters and the designer of all our custom shutters. John started Perfect Fit in 1989, making and installing the shutters himself. He wanted to give his customers an excellent product and that is still his mission.
Marie Paraschak
Marie has been with Perfect Fit since 2004 and is our senior sales representative. She brings her passion for our spectacular products to work every day to ensure our customers receive the highest quality products and service.
Karen Gresh
Karen strives for 100% customer satisfaction. She works tirelessly to make sure the customer makes the best possible choices for their new shutters.
Isaias Garza
Isaias is our lead installer for interior shutters. He has been with Perfect Fit since 2001 and knows his shutters inside and out, backwards and forwards. There is not a job in our shop he cannot do. He brought his expertise to our installations many years ago.
Riah Taylor
Riah has been with Perfect Fit since 2007 and provides the customer support that gets us more plaudits, positive reviews and return customers than anyone in the industry.
Paul Hoang
The nephew of one of our long-time employees, Paul joined us in 2011, quickly picked up the nuances of manufacturing exterior shutters, and is now our lead installer. He is also very cheerful, a pleasure to have around and a perfectionist.
