Perfect Fit Custom Shutters warrants to the original purchaser that its Wood and Thermalite Plantation Shutters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, including louver tension, for the lifetime of the shutters from the date of sale. The painted finish is warranted for a period of ten years from the date of sale.

The obligation of Perfect Fit is limited to repair or replacement of the shutters or components found to be defective in the material workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to elements, fire, flood or other acts of God or improper maintenance.

This warranty does not apply to conditions characteristic to the product caused by normal wear and tear upon a product.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Perfect Fit be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost expense or fee.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
